Monthly time value = weekly hours × hourly cost × 52 ÷ 12. Combined value = time value + Operations recoveries. Potential value = combined value − subscription cost. Annual cost = upfront total ÷ 12.

Recoveries are estimates unless independently verified. A negative result means estimated value is below the subscription cost.

What's the difference between Core and Operations?

Core covers receiving, stock and dispatch for one cold room. Operations adds tracking across up to three cold rooms, commercial records for your stock and customer-held stock, provider costs, customer billing, margins and exceptions.

Can we manage stock held for customers?

Operations is proposed for cold-room operators renting space and brokers managing storage for other businesses. Keep your own stock and customer-held stock identifiable by owner and location, and use those records for customer updates. Customer-facing access, permissions and user entitlements will be confirmed during early access.

Do you provide physical cold-room storage?

No. This is warehouse-management software. Physical cold-room storage and provider charges are separate.

Is the annual plan really three months free?

Yes, under the proposed offer: pay nine months upfront for twelve months of access. Core: S$1,791/year, equivalent to S$149.25/month. Operations: S$3,591/year, equivalent to S$299.25/month. Renewal and onboarding terms will be confirmed before checkout.

Can our team use it together?

Planned limits are five named users for Core and ten for Operations, subject to concurrency and permission testing.

Can other customers see our records?

Company-workspace separation must pass verification before independent paid self-service accounts are activated.
